What is the Body Basic Program?

I am very pleased to announce my new beginner’s personal training program!

If you have been looking for an affordable personal training program that will help to tone, tighten and burn off those extra pounds in record time then this program is for you.

Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast looking to take your fitness to the next level, Body Basic is guaranteed to get you the results you’ve been looking for in the shortest time possible.

This 8 week program will focus on whole body functional fitness using nothing more than your body weight and a set of dumbbells.

This is going to be a small group style workout with a no nonsense approach to cardiovascular training combined with a sensible nutrition plan to help get you started in a new healthy lifestyle.  My new program is perfect for all persons of any fitness level, age, weight, body type or physical condition.

8 Week Session Starts

Monday July 5th 2010

6:45pm – 7:30pm

(Mondays and Wednesdays thru August 25th)

What sort of people will attend?

  • Total Beginner exercisers.
  • Intermediate Exercisers
  • Advanced Exercisers

Using my simple to follow and scientifically proven “time based training protocol” all exercisers at any level will be able to “keep up” with the class.  Each exercise will be performed at a maximum effort for 1 minute with a short rest to follow.  Because we will do the absolute best we can for that minute, this means that each person works at a pace and speed that is most comfortable for them.  So whether you do 14 reps or 40 reps it doesn’t matter so long as you give it your best!

OK, JJ I’m ready so how much is this going to cost me?

If you were to hire me to work with you one-on-one two times a week I would charge you in the neighborhood of around $1000.  Even if you were to hire a mediocre trainer twice a week this type of training would cost you at least $800 and that would be for a very inferior workout.  Not to mention you won’t find a trainer that puts his money where his mouth is like I do and guarantee you results.

Yes JJ, if I had a million dollars I would hire you to train me one-on-one right now.

OK, so here is the best part… You don’t have to pay me anywhere near that much.  This entire program will cost you a measly $150.  No not per session… That’s the ENTIRE 8 week program.

OK, so here is the catch….

You see, I can only take a total of 20 people into this program.  Once I have 20 I lock the doors and take down this post because if were to take anymore than that I just would not be able to provide the level of service that I aim to deliver.

Oh…and I guess I should also mention that you will need to bring a set of your own dumbbells.

Where: We will be meeting at Bird Park.  The corner of 28th & Thorn in Morley Field

When: Monday’s and Wednesday at 6:45pm – 7:30pm July 5th through August 25th

What to Bring: Women should bring a set of 8lbs or 10lb dumbbells and men should bring a set of 12lbs and 15’s. (Light weights for upper body, heavier weights for lower body).  Also, bring some water and towel.

Make sure you don’t delay in registering because I have never had a program fill up so quickly and seeing as this one is pretty darn inexpensive I am pretty sure it will sell out fast.  I would really hate to see you miss out on what could very well be the best opportunity for you to get into incredible shape, so fast and so inexpensively.
