Your Questions Answered:

1. Can I Participate If I have never worked out?

Absolutely! We have had participants of all ages, all shapes, all sizes and all fitness levels attend our program and all have gotten amazing results. You don’t need to be an athlete or have any experience whatsoever to join our program. We have a very simple motto of “No Camper Left Behind.” You will never be asked to complete more than you are capable of safely performing, and we understand more than anyone that everyone has different levels of fitness. Whether you have 5lbs or 50lbs to lose or maybe even that last stubborn 15, you will soon discover that our boot camp is perfect for you, and can be tailored for every individual. Both women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels attend our camp, achieve amazing results and all work at their own pace.

2. Will I be able to participate if I have an injury?

Probably, but this is why we schedule a new client orientation with every client before they can begin the program. During your orientation you will meet with the trainer to ascertain if our program is right for you, and so that we can tailor it to best suit you and insure that you are reaching your goals. We’ve had participants with every sort of injury you can imagine, from broken bones, to busted joints, bad backs and wobbly knees. The likelihood is that we will simply find alternatives to help work around whatever injuries you may have whether they are new or many years old.

3. Where is your boot camp located?

We offer sessions in La Mesa (If you are interested in one of our partner locations, their info and links are below).

4. What are your boot camp training times?.

Please Note: You are required to attend a New Member Orientation meeting with our trainer before you may participate in any sessions – to book this session please enter your first and last name and email in the blue box at the end of this Q&A. (This site is for La Mesa ONLY! For the others please contact the location directly.

5. How often can I attend?

We suggest that you attend at least three days per week with a day of rest between each intense workout, but if you feel your body and schedule can handle the intensity of our program more often that that then we will certainly support you in your mission to success!  Many of our members come twice a day and up to six days a week and all are encouraged to attend as often as their body and schedule will allow for.

6. What do I need to bring?

We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need at our La Mesa location.   Just bring a water bottle, a towel and a sense of adventure, and of course a positive, enthusiastic “can do” attitude!

Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don’t want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!

7. Will I need to bring any equipment?

The main piece of equipment we will be using at all of our workouts is YOU. But just to be on the safe and clean side we ask you to bring your own towel.  You may also want to purchase workout gloves.  The other really important piece of equipment we require all of our members to bring is their food journal. Part of our program and what makes it work is the simple fact that we hold our clients accountable to everything that they eat. SO the journal is MANDATORY if you are SERIOUS about getting results! You can read more about the journal and its importance here and of course, we will go over this in more detail when you attend orientation. There is also a short video that explains the journal program on that page.  Please note: The journal is not provided to our daily deal clients for free.  There is an additional fee for this which is explained in the link above.

8. What can I expect to achieve?

You can expect to drop both inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned in the shortest and safest time possible. On average you’ll drop 3-6 pounds, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence, strength, agility, balance and coordination.

9. How much do you charge after my trial is up?

We have a variety of programs to choose from and all our programs are tailor made to each individuals fitness level, needs and budget so its difficult to provide a quote without first meeting with you to help you figure out which of our programs will be the best match for you.  However we can tell you that we have programs priced as low as $100 and as much as $2500. Again, all pricing depends on your unique needs, fitness level and of course budget.

10. Can I purchase a Groupon/Daily Deal if I am former or current member?

Sorry, but these deals are meant for 1st time clients ONLY.  BUT, we would LOVE to have you back and if you want to come back we certainly do have special deals for returning clients.  Just send us an email and let us know you want to come back!

We are a small family owned and operated business and as such have a very small staff who have been overwhelmed by the volume of calls coming in due to our recent daily deal promotion.
